7. Warranty and Product Returns

All industrial equipment supplied by Mabily LLC is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty duration varies by product type and will be stated in the product documentation or quotation.

  • To request warranty service, the client must contact us at contact@mabily.com with proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the issue.
  • Upon approval, we will provide instructions and the appropriate return address for product evaluation.
  • After inspection, Mabily LLC may repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion.
  • Unauthorized repairs, improper installation, misuse, or modifications void the warranty.
  • Return shipping to the evaluation address is paid by the customer. If the warranty claim is approved, the repaired or replaced product will be reshipped at no cost to the client.
