Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy (“Policy”) defines the terms under which Mabily LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides warranty coverage for industrial equipment and related products manufactured, assembled, or supplied by Mabily LLC, its subsidiary Mabily Brasil, and other authorized international industrial partners.
1) Scope of warranty
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-conformities with the approved technical specifications for the period defined in the quotation or product documentation.
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, the standard warranty period is 12 months from shipment date or 6 months from equipment start-up, whichever occurs first.
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless expressly authorized by Mabily LLC.
2) What is covered
- Defects in material or workmanship under normal industrial use and proper installation.
- Performance deviations that can be proven to originate from a verified manufacturing error.
- Replacement or repair of defective components, or full unit replacement if repair is not feasible.
3) What is not covered
- Damage due to transport, mishandling, improper installation, or insufficient site preparation.
- Wear, corrosion, or degradation caused by chemicals, temperature, or conditions beyond design limits.
- Operation outside specified process parameters or modifications by third parties.
- Consumable parts, gaskets, seals, filters, or accessories unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.
- Delays caused by logistics, customs, or force majeure beyond Mabily’s control.
4) Warranty claim procedure
- Notify us at contact@mabily.com as soon as the issue is detected, including:
- Purchase Order / Invoice number
- Serial or identification number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos evidencing the defect
- Our technical team will review the claim and may request additional information, operational data, or on-site inspection by authorized personnel.
- If necessary, an RMA (Return Material Authorization) will be issued with the proper address and instructions for returning the defective component.
- Returned parts must be clean, safely packaged, and shipped prepaid by the client. If the claim is approved, Mabily will cover the outbound freight for replacement or repaired items.
5) Remedy options
At Mabily’s sole discretion, the corrective action will follow one of the steps below:
- Repair or rework of the defective component;
- Replacement with an equivalent or updated component;
- Credit note or partial refund if repair/replacement is not commercially reasonable or technically possible.
6) Time and coordination
All warranty processes depend on logistics, material availability, and coordination with our industrial partners. Mabily LLC commits to act in good faith and keep the client informed throughout the process but cannot guarantee a fixed turnaround time.
For equipment supplied through Mabily Brasil or other partners, physical evaluation and service may occur at their respective facilities, with Mabily LLC overseeing communication and approval.
7) Liability limitation
Mabily LLC’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product value. Under no circumstances shall Mabily be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of production, downtime, or profit.
8) Warranty validation conditions
- The product must be used within its design parameters and maintained per the instructions supplied by Mabily.
- The buyer must retain documentation of purchase, installation, and operation.
- Unauthorized repairs or modification void the warranty.
9) Governing law and jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute shall first be addressed amicably; if unresolved, it shall be settled by arbitration or small claims court in Escambia County, Florida.
